Easter Bunny Cake

To make Easter more special, I made this bunny cake with my grand children. We baked 2 8” round yellow cakes from a mix. The first circle was the bunny’s face. The 2nd circle was cut to make the ears and bow tie. We iced the cake with white icing (some pink and green icing) and decorated it with smarties. They loved decorating it and eating the candies at the same time. It was easy and fast to do (and fun to eat too!) The kids thought it was cool to have an Easter Bunny Cake!
