Healthy Party Snack Ideas

Here are some healthy party snack ideas that I usually use. I got the recipes from the Better Baby Food book by the Hospital for Sick Children. I figure if it is safe and healthy for babies than it is also great for adults.




1. Citrus Yogurt Fruit Dip
2. Spinach Cottage Cheese Dip
3. Red Pepper Dip
4. Avocado Dip
5. Hummus
6. Tangy Salsa
7. Cereal Snacks (nuts ‘n bolts)
8. Breadsticks
9. Banana Bread

I make these from scratch, but most grocery stores you can buy these dips and transfer them to nice containers (nobody will know the difference).
